Each session features one of 14 conscious dance practices, including Chakra Dance, Sufi Whirling, Ecstatic Dance, 5Rhythms, Gurdjieff Sacred Dances, Contact Improvisation, and more offering a unique experience every time.
Hosted at Zorba the Buddha, this safe and welcoming space encourages authentic expression, connection, and inner exploration. The experience also includes a wholesome organic buffet dinner shared in a warm community setting.
