Holidays are a celebratory gathering with family and friends. For some the absence of those we’ve lost can be magnified. Living with grief can feel isolating.
Wherever you are in the cycle of Grief. We will hold sacred space for you. Allow yourself the opportunity to take a step forward and join us on the 1st and 3rd Sunday in November, December and January.
Theresa understands the cycle of grief; from her training and her experience she creates safety to share and a sense of community.
