"A Memory Cafe is a wonderfully welcoming place for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease or any other form of dementia, or other brain disorders. They are designed to include the care partner as well, for a shared experience."A diagnosis of Alzheimer's is not required to attend. This activity is not respite care, or a place to “drop off” your loved one for a while, but rather a way to enjoy activities with them as a break from the normal routine that you share.
Each month, we will have activities, interaction, entertainment, snacks, and more! This opportunity is provided in conjunction with the Alzheimer’s Association & the Troy Recreation Department.
Registration is not required, but it is a good idea in case of cancellations due to weather or other issues.
