You're tired. But when you finally stop, you can't switch off. You push through the week, power through the to-do list, show up for everyone β and then wonder why you feel so depleted. This is what burnout often looks like. Not a dramatic collapse, but a slow, quiet drain that most women don't recognise until they're deep in it. This circle is about catching it earlier β and understanding what your body has been trying to tell you.
WORKSHOP FLOW
π§ββοΈ Grounding In Nature (10-15 Minutes)
We open with a short guided breathwork and grounding practice β no mats, no equipment, just you and the open air. A simple way to settle the nervous system and arrive fully present before we begin.
π¬ Wellness Circle (45-60 Minutes)
What is burnout β and how is it different from just being tired? Why does it look so different from one woman to the next? For some it's a sudden crash. For others it's a slow, invisible drain that goes unnoticed for years. We'll look at the many faces of burnout so you can recognise it in your own life. Why do women experience it differently than men, and why does it so often go unrecognised? What happens in your body when you're chronically in overdrive β and what does the path back actually look like? Not quick fixes β honest, sustainable first steps that work with your body, not against it.
This isn't a lecture β it's a circle. You're invited to share as much or as little as feels right.

This workshop is for any woman who feels like she's running on empty but can't seem to slow down. If you're tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix, wired at night and foggy in the morning, or giving your best to everything and everyone except yourself β this circle is for you.
You don't need to be in full burnout to be here. You just need to be paying attention.
No mats. No equipment. Just an open conversation in nature.
