This workshop is an invitation to finally understand them - and start working with your body, not against it.
WORKSHOP FLOW
🧘♀️ Grounding In Nature (10-15 Minutes)
We open with a short guided breathwork and grounding practice — no mats, no equipment, just you and the open air. A simple way to settle the nervous system and arrive fully present before we begin.
💬 Wellness Circle (45-60 Minutes)
What do your hormones actually do? How do they shape your energy, mood, focus, sleep and metabolism — and what happens when they start to shift? We'll explore what changes in perimenopause, why you feel what you feel, and which practical lifestyle adjustments make the biggest difference. Clear, honest knowledge that makes your everyday experience finally make sense.

This workshop is designed for any woman who wants to understand her body, her cyclical nature, and the perimenopause transition better. Especially for women in their late 30s, 40s and early 50s - whether you're just noticing changes or already in the thick of it.
If you feel something has shifted in your body and mind but can't quite put your finger on it, this is your starting point — in a safe, open circle where no question is too small.
