On the evening of Café Trauma, we invite you to a Mental Health Awareness Evening that unfolds in three parts:

🎭 The performance of Café Trauma
Café Trauma is a poetic one-act play set in a surreal café—a place between memory and the present. Four characters encounter each other here, each carrying their own personal wounds and unspoken stories. Through fragmented dialogues and subtle choreography, the piece explores trauma, vulnerability, and the possibility of transformation. The performance is accompanied by discussions and an open movement workshop, to which the audience is invited. In this way, Café Trauma creates a shared space where acceptance and compassion can open a quiet process of reflection and healing.

The workshop invites you to gently move, sense, and reflect together. No prior experience is needed, participation is always optional and at your own pace.
This evening is about listening; to stories, to bodies, to each other.
