Երիտասարդ քահանան, առաջնորդվելով իր հավատքով, ստանձնում է Ֆրանսիայի հյուսիսում գտնվող փոքրիկ Ամբրիկուր քաղաքի ծխական համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը: Հիվանդությունից ու գյուղացիների թշնամանքից ազդված՝ նա իր տվայտանքները գրի է առնում օրագրում։ Սա Ժորժ Բերնանոսի հանրահայտ համանուն վեպի էկրանավորումն է։
Չորրորդ տարին անընդմեջ Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանությունը/Հայաստանի ֆրանսիական ինստիտուտը և «Ֆիլմադարան» ՀԿ-ն շարունակում են Հայաստանի ազգային գրադարանում ֆրանսիական կինոյին նվիրված Սինե-ակումբի աշխատանքները: Այս տարի կինոակումբը հանդիսատեսին է ներկայացնում Ռոբեր Բրեսոնի ֆիլմերի հետահայաց ծրագիրը։

Un jeune prêtre, animé par sa foi, prend la direction de la paroisse d’Ambricourt, une petite commune du nord de la France. Touché par la maladie et l’hostilité des villageois, il couche ses tourments dans son journal intime. Une adaptation à l’écran du roman éponyme de Georges Bernanos.
L’Ambassade de France / Institut français d’Arménie et Filmadaran poursuivent l’organisation d’un ciné-club français à la Bibliothèque nationale, avec pour cette quatrième année une rétrospective consacrée à Robert Bresson․

A young priest, driven by his faith, takes charge of the parish of Ambricourt, a small town in northern France. Affected by illness and the hostility of the villagers, he writes about his torments in his diary. A screen adaptation of the eponymous novel by Georges Bernanos.
For the fourth year in a row, the Embassy of France / French Institute in Armenia and Filmadaran NGO continue their cooperation in implementing the Ciné-club at the National Library of Armenia. This year the film club will feature a retrospective dedicated to Robert Bresson․
