About this Event
Learn the art and craft of Cinematography, combining creative expression with technical expertise. Collaborate with fellow students, shooting several films, with the opportunity to shoot both live action and animation. You’ll have access to a range of camera equipment including 16mm and 35mm film as well as Alexa XT and Alexa Mini Cameras, while you learn first-hand from Industry professionals and then graduate with the experience and knowledge to shoot cross-genre for film and television.
Come along to the BAFTA award-winning NFTS to meet Cinematography tutors and students, and be shown around the film school. This open day is a great way to find out more about this MA and what it can do for your career.

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Due to Health and Safety regulations, you must be 18 years of age or older to attend this Open Day.
What are the transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
NFTS is located 10 minutes’ walk from Beaconsfield train station which is on the Chiltern line. Parking spaces are available for Blue Badge holders only (please arrange via [email protected]). However, there are plenty of parking options around the NFTS, within walking distance.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can print or simply show your online ticket/QR code on your smart phone when you arrive.
