The story of a poor girl who lives with her wicked stepsisters. Prince Charming after a chance meeting with Cinderella falls in love. A ball is held to which all the eligible girls in the Kingdom are invited including Cinderella and her ugly sisters, jealous of Cinderella the sisters steal her ticket and destroy it before her very eyes. Loveable Buttons, who secretly loves Cinderella himself tries to cheer up our heroine all to no avail. At this stage Cinderella is left crying in the kitchen when her Fairy Godmother arrives and magically spirits Cinderella to the ball in a crystal carriage. At the ball, she meets the Prince but has to flee the ball when the clock strikes 12 midnight, leaving behind her silver slipper. The Prince begins a search to find the foot that fits the slipper.
