9:00 - 11:30 SESSION #1 CPR, First Aid & AED w/ Rock
ASHI (American Safety and Health Institute)CPR, AED & First Aid for Adult, Infant & Child taught by the famous Anthony (Rock) Isaacs, experienced Firefighter and EMT. Rock offers real life examples and practical strategies to help remember and utilize your newly learned skills if an emergency situation were to arise.
11:30 Lunch
We will eat lunch together right next door at Element Eatery. You choose your meal and pay for yourself that day. Check out the options at www.element-eatery.com. You may also bring your lunch to eat with us in this food court type venue. No lunches can be brought into the conference area.
12:45 - 2:00 SESSION #2 Dive In: Starting Your Water Safety Journey w/Carrie the Nanny
Join Carrie for an engaging presentation on water safety as we dive into essential tips and techniques to ensure a safe, enjoyable time with the children in our care. From poolside precautions to open water awareness, the goal of this session is to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to use personally and professionally to make smart decisions and prevent water-related accidents.
VENUE
The Summit Hotel and Coneference Center is clean, modern with natural lighting and access to an outdoor patio on breaks! Free parking is available on multiple levels of the garage with elevator to the 4th floor.
REGISTRATION
Register for Session #1, #2 or both! Tickets become non-refundable at 11:59 p.m. on Thurs., July 18th. Registration remains open until event. Due to limited registration, this event is for professional nannies only.
THINGS TO KNOW...
- Registration table will open at 8:30 a.m. day of event.
- We will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. and continue with the agenda above.
- Water available free of charge all day.
- Wifi available.
- Easiest parking option is in the garage below the building.
- Our event is on the 4th Floor in the Mt. Washington room.
- Dress is casual - yoga pants, jeans, etc. are encouraged. Bring a sweater if you'd like.
