Come join the BBC De La Luz Soundstage on Cinco de Mayo. We will be featuring works by Mexican composers Nubia Jaime Donjuan and Omar Arellano Osorio, and performing Aaron Copland’s iconic El Salón México. There will be a themed menu from De La Luz’s in-house café, with dishes inspired by traditional Mexican recipes.
