Time to play outside again with the first Mendon RBR of the season and how fitting could the start date be: Cinco de Mayo!🪅🍻. Fiesta cookout will follow the workout!The workout features an RBR Format.
- Run 2 miles, Bike 10 miles (2 loops), Run 2 miles
- Rolling run course but mostly flat
- Bike course through beautiful Mendon Ponds Park
- Secured transition area with bike racks
- Social gathering usually follows (BYOB)
CANCELLATIONS / DELAYS: All workouts subject to change, delay, or cancellation based on conditions at that particular location. To avoid any confusion, “Assume all formal workouts are a GO” unless otherwise notified/posted/emailed up 1 hour before the start time and communicated by a Club Officer or the Coordinator only.
Workout start time is typically adjusted to 6:00pm in late August to account for lack of daylight.

BEGINNERS WELCOME: It's a workout, not a race and this is the perfect setting to train. If you're new to the club, sport, or the workout, please identify yourself at check-in and a coach or an experienced RAT will assist you.
NOT COMFORTABLE DOING FULL WORKOUT? No worries, "You do You" and whatever bike or gear you have is just fine. So whether you're fast, slow, or somewhere in between....you belong!
