Join us for our 4th annual Cinco de Mayo Softball Tournament! This is a 1 day 3GG event that will max out at 40 teams. Coaches, this has been our biggest and most popular tournament of the year(in years past). We typically get teams coming from out of state and it generally fills up fast! For this reason, we will be requiring a $50 non-refundable deposit to officially "hold your spot" in this tournament. The remainder of the entry fee will be due 8 days prior to the tournament.

We will be fully transparent about our "who's coming" list. Often times we see TD's fluff the who's coming list to make an event look bigger. We don't do that! If a teams name is on the list it's because they've paid their deposit and are committed to coming to the tournament.
Now, we know your team is eager to play. So what happens if your age division isn't looking like it'll make? We will be fully transparent and let coaches know in advance and refund the $50 deposit so that you have time to try to hop into another tournament that weekend.
What happens if it rains? If we cancel the event, you get your deposit money/entry fee refunded. But don't forget, the fields just underwent major renovations and last year we received over 2" of rain the day before our Cinco De Mayo tournament and we still played!
The two situations mentioned above are the only instances in which we will refund money.
