Another parade means it's time for another extra credit adventure! We're planning a Detroit adventure ride including the Cinco de Mayo Parade on Sunday May 3rd.WHEN: Sunday May 3rd we will be meeting up at Charlies Bar on Springwells St. at 10:00 am. Rolling at 10:30 am sharp.
WHERE: Rolling Southwest Detroit, approx. 20 miles and back for the parade. Hang out for the parade and then roll back to Charlies Bar.
ALL: Are invited, Min. 12-14 MPH pace
- This is a social ride, but you should be able to maintain a 14 mph pace over an extended period of time.
- This is a no drop ride for mechanical issues, but you should have extra tubes and equipment to take care of your own minor repairs if needed.
- In the event of a major mechanical issue you should have your own backup plan to get home (i.e. Phone a friend or Uber)
- This ride is not sponsored or promoted by any formal organization.
- Charlies Bar is our meetup location, but is in no way organizing or responsible for the ride.
- You must have lights.
- Helmets are highly, highly, suggested (please wear one).
- Dress appropriately for the weather.
