About Brendan Bogosian and Drew Goebel
Brendan Bogosian is Cincinnati Parks’ Conservation & Land Steward Volunteer Coordinator, where he works closely with volunteers and partners to care for natural areas, restore habitats, and protect the ecological health of parks across the city. Brendan brings a hands-on, approachable perspective to his work, helping community members understand how everyday stewardship—like trail care, invasive species removal, and conservation practices—supports healthier parks for people and wildlife alike.
Drew Goebel represents Cardinal Land Conservancy, a nonprofit dedicated to protecting farmland, forests, and natural areas throughout Ohio. Drew’s work focuses on land conservation, partnerships, and long-term stewardship, connecting people to the importance of preserving open space both within cities and across the region. Together, Brendan and Drew offer a thoughtful lens on how urban parks and conserved lands play a vital role in environmental health, community wellbeing, and access to nature year-round.
Each hike lasts about an hour and offers a chance to breathe fresh air, take in winter beauty, and stay active throughout the colder months. All are welcome—bring a friend, bring the family, or come solo and connect with others on the trail.
Let’s explore winter together. See you on the trail!
