Cincinnati Parks + Rec for Wellness Monthly Hiking Series- Get Living Guru

Join us for a Monthly Walking Series in Cincinnati Parks on the first Sunday of each month at 10am, hosted by Emily Buckley with Get Living Guru. This series is part of the Cincinnati Parks + Rec for Wellness program, bringing 24 weeks of consistent opportunities from May through October to move, connect, and thrive in nature across our city's parks. Enjoy a one-hour guided walk through a different park each time, taking in fresh air, scenic paths, and community energy.

Emily Buckley is the founder of Get Living Guru, a lifestyle and wellness platform rooted in mindfulness, movement, and intentional living. With a focus on creating joyful, healthy experiences, Emily’s walks invite you to reset, breathe deeply, and feel grounded in nature.

We’ll meet at Caldwell Nature Preserve, where the trail system offers quiet woodland paths, pawpaw groves, and a connection to nature in the heart of the city.
