Hosted by the CILT, this event is designed as a hands-on learning opportunity exploring the evolution of material handling technologies. Attendees will experience the progression from manual material handling and traditional forklifts through to advanced automated solutions, supported by live demonstrations and expert insights.
Participants will gain a practical understanding of how modern technologies are transforming warehouse and logistics operations. Demonstrations will highlight innovative safety solutions, including AI-based camera systems and reversing radar technology designed to improve operator awareness and enhance workplace safety.
The event will also explore how digitalisation is improving operational visibility and efficiency. A live demonstration of the myLinde Fleet Management System will show how connected fleet technologies can provide valuable data on utilisation, performance, and safety, helping organisations make better-informed operational decisions.
This session offers a valuable opportunity for professionals to learn about emerging technologies, understand their practical applications, and explore how they can support safer, more efficient operations.
