Ciel Sessions featuring Marlo

We're excited to showcase Marlo with an impressive 6-pc ensemble of young pros from the East Bay college scene. Their irresistable jazzy, bluesy groove lays a deep foundation for dynamic vocals and soaring chops. Their music is energetic, cool and soaked with vintage vibes and jazz, blues and funk sensibilities. Her originals are soulful and inventive and her covers are inspired by great artists such as Lake Street Dive. The horn section features saxophonist Braedon Christie and trumpeter Rohini Vrajmohan. Bassist Alexis Tsamoudakis and drummer/producer Leo Wornick anchor the rhythm section, joined by funk/jazz/metal guitarist Beck Murphy and Marlo Goeller herself, on keys and lead vox.
