CIBSE South Wales are pleased to bring Luke Gonzales of CGM Group UK to the region to do a technical seminar on PV Fire Intelligence Networks and Fire Safety Considerations.
PV Fire Intelligence Network (PV-FIN) is a steering group of leading organisations to analyse the fire safety of solar PV (photovoltaic) systems. Comprising a group of solar PV and component manufacturers, fire experts, and solar safety solution providers to form the network, chaired by BRE.
Join us from 17:30 onwards at the Village Hotel for networking, food and drinks before the seminar at 18:00.

Speaker's name: Luke Gonzales ACIBSE MIET AIFireE
Speaker's biography: Luke Gonzales is a fire safety and building services professional with over 15 years’ experience across mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services. He has spent the past four years specialising in solar PV design and installation, with a strong focus on fire risk, system integration, and regulatory compliance. Luke is an active member of the MCS Solar PV and BESS working groups and sits on the BSI GEL/82 committee for solar photovoltaic systems, contributing to the development of UK standards and guidance.
