CIBSE Patrons Annual General Meeting

Join us for the CIBSE Patrons Annual General Meeting, a must-attend event for all CIBSE Patrons. This in-person and online event is an opportunity for members to come together, share ideas, and discuss the future of CIBSE Patrons.

During the meeting, we will review the achievements of the past year, discuss upcoming initiatives, and elect new members to the committee. It's a chance for you to have your say and shape the direction of CIBSE Patrons.

We encourage all CIBSE Patron members to attend and actively participate in the discussions. Your input is invaluable in helping us drive innovation and excellence in the building services industry.

The CIBSE Patrons Annual General Meeting will be followed by our Annual House of Lords Lunch at the nearby Palace of Westminster. Attendance for the lunch will need to be booked separately.

Prior to the AGM the Patrons Steering Committee stand for election or re-election.

Officers:

All Patrons may submit additional nominations for the committee in writing via this online form, duly qualified persons nominated by no fewer than two Patrons shall be added to the lists and the names of those making the nominations and the Patron member they represent shall follow the name of the candidate on the ballot paper.
Deadline for nominations will be 06 May 2024.

If there is more than one candidate for any officer role, or more than 12 candidates for elected membership of the committee, then a ballot shall be held as provided for in the Rules for Divisions and Societies and Regulations of the institution.
