Located at Blackwattle Bay, the nSFM is transforming Sydney’s iconic waterfront into a world-class tourism, retail, dining, education, and seafood trading destination. Delivered within a highly constrained live marine environment, the project required continuous operation of the existing market throughout design and construction, presenting unique engineering and delivery challenges.
This seminar provides a rare whole-of-lifecycle perspective on the project — from early assurance and design intent through construction, commissioning, and operational performance. Presented as a connected project story, the session will highlight the realities of delivering complex building services systems within a live, mission-critical precinct.
