About this Event
The CIArb (SB)'s Annual Lecture takes place on Thursday 30 April 2026 at 6pm following our Conference.
The Chairman's guest speaker is to be announced.
The event will take place at the Collector's Hall in Glasgow and will be followed by a networking reception.
Members are also invited to attend the Branch's Annual General Meeting which will start at 5.15pm.
The Financial Statements of the Branch together with the Report of the Auditor will be discussed. The membership will also be asked to approve the election of new members to the Branch Committee for the 2026 to 2027 year.
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be as follows:
1. Apologies for absence.
2. Minutes of the 55th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 24 April 2026.
3. To receive the Chair’s Report.
4. To receive and approve the Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Report.
5. To approve the election of new Committee Members for the forthcoming year.
6. To consider and if appropriate vote upon any Special Business.
7. Informal discussion.
