Based in the heart of Provence, in the Alpilles moutains, Château d’Estoublon have been making exceptional wines for over 500 years. The soils are deep and well-drained, with clay-dominant plots in the lower parts of the Estate. Organically farmed for over 25 years, the Estate applies the highest level of precision at every harvest: hand-picking and multiple passes through the parcels to harvest each grape at perfect ripeness. The wines are made under the watchful eye of Technical Director Victor Joyeaux, of Cloudy Bay fame, vinification is driven by a constant pursuit of balance, purity and an elegant minerality.
We'll be tasting wines from their portfolio including the new in the UK Roseblood range!
As usual, Clare will be tasked with pairing up the wines with some homemade matched dishes. A fabulous night is assured!
Places are limited to 48 in our Walter Road shop. This will be a seated tasting. We'll pour you a glass and talk you through each wine and serve you some accompanying food.
Please note: These are e-bookings only. No physical tickets will be sent. Just turn up on the night with your confirmation email (or even the name the booking is under).
Please let us know of any food intolerances or requirements prior to the evening. Please note - while we will always do our best to accommodate everyone's needs, this is not always possible due to the size of our kitchen. As we have a very small kitchen with a pizza oven, we are unable to cater for gluten free or coeliacs.
