We are able to refund your ticket within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours from your ticket purchase, we will not issue a refund; however, your tickets are transferrable to friends who are 21 years or older. To request a refund, please email [email protected]
Is my ticket transferrable?
Yes! You can edit the name and email address on your tickets by logging into your Eventbrite account and following their instructions for ticket transfers.
Will any tickets be available at the door?
Sorry, tickets to our NYE party will not be available at the door.
If the party sells out, is there a waitlist?
We will run a waitlist if our New Year's Eve party sells out. In the event that we are able to release more tickets, those at the top of the waitlist will receive an automatic notification from Eventbrite. If you are on the waitlist, this does not guarantee admission to our New Year's Eve party.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please kindly bring your printed ticket or present your ticket on your mobile device upon arrival.
What is the dress code for the party?
There isn't any specific dress code for our New Year's Eve party. We suggest smart casual (basically what you'd wear out to dine with us on a normal evening).
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older and must present valid ID upon checking in.
