Church'd ( A Community Conversation about Spirituality)

Are you curious about spirituality? Want to engage in meaningful conversations with like-minded individuals? Come to Park Avenue Baptist Church ( a church committed to abolition) for a community conversation about spirituality. This in-person event will provide a safe space for you to share your thoughts, ask questions, and connect with others on November 30th, 2024 at 11am

Church’d only comes around every few months and this time we are talking "the evolution of understanding" as a spiritual perspective to inform our practices.

Church’d is a spiritual gathering, a safe space for community conversation to talk all things faith spirituality and what it means to grow in understanding beyond the limitations of institutionalized religion to foster spiritual ownership within the black community as a pathway to liberation. Think about a space where all the information matters. Where all wisdoms collaborate to bring forth new understandings and invaluable tools to build our lives from.

Keep in mind This is a conversation so we encourage you using your voice and asking your questions! Dialogue, discussion and even curios debate. One comes to know God through conversation.

This is all about community! A chill space!
