Whether you are a beginner or simply want to unwind for a night of chunky hand knitting, this is the workshop for you. You will craft your own chunky hand knit blanket in a knit, herringbone, or broken herringbone pattern. This workshop will take you through creating a slip knot, casting on, building your blanket, creating consistent loops and edging, and so much more. You will leave this workshop and make chunky blankets for all your friends and family!
Participants must bring their own yarn. I recommend 3-4 skeins for a baby blanket, 5-6 for a lap throw, or 7-8 for a standard size throw. For yarn recommendations, I suggest Be Cozi online (use code Wistfully10 for a discount), Michael's Bernat Blanket Big, or Hobby Lobby's Yarn Bee Eternal Bliss.
