Sail Out in Memory of Chuck BeekSaturday, January 10
We will gather at Newport Harbor Yacht Club on Saturday, January 10 for a Sail Out to honor Chuck and spread his ashes, followed by racing.
In the spirit of a race weekend, Stars will congregate around noon off the Newport Pier, near the old C-Mark. After racing, we will gather in the boatyard for a beer and a toast to Chuck! If you have red stripes, wear them!
Visiting sailors are asked to contact NHYC Dockmaster Anthony at 949-355-7974 to let him know you are coming. He will help accommodate all visiting boats.
The memorial service is being held the following day on Sunday, January 11 at 1:00pm at Newport Harbor Yacht Club.
