Chrysalis: An Evening of Transformation | Presented by the Dallas Movement CollectiveTogether, let’s step into the transformative cocoon of Chrysalis, an evening designed to awaken, renew, and connect. This is a journey of profound self-discovery through movement meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and sound healing.
To know the space of the Chrysalis is to know the sacred journey of uncovering our true nature. It is a space of profound transformation, where we are invited to shed the layers of who we thought we were and step into the mystery of what we might become.

What to Expect:
Chrysalis is more than an event—it’s a sacred space to connect with your magical, mysterious nature through movement and stillness. The container is barefoot, nonverbal, and alcohol-free, designed for clarity and intention.

Guidelines:
No talking on the dance floor.
Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment.
No photos or videos. Cellphones muted and out of sight.
Respect for the space and one another.
Move your body however feels natural.
Consent is key: If you don’t wish to dance with someone, place your hands in prayer at your heart to thank them.
What to Bring:
✨ Dress comfortably for movement and stillness. Layers are helpful.
✨ Items for a "nest" (blanket, pillow, yoga mat)
✨ A water bottle (Rain Fresh Water provided on site)
