Join us for an empowering and experiential class designed to help you understand and regulate your nervous system through the lens of Polyvagal Theory. This class blends science, mindfulness, and movement to support those living with chronic pain, stress, or nervous system disregulation.What You’ll Experience:
Guided nervous system regulation exercises based on Polyvagal Theory
Vagus nerve stimulation techniques and breath work practices
Instructor demonstration followed by hands-on participant practice
A brief presentation on the “bottom-up” approach to healing and how your sensory systems and body responses play a role in chronic pain
Each participant will receive a Nervous System Regulation Tool Bag, complete with handouts and exercises to continue your practice at home.
