About this Event
The CCHS Christmas Bazaar will be a festive community event designed to bring together our students, families, faculty, alumni, and the wider Miami community in celebration of the holiday season. The event provides a platform for CCHS clubs, local businesses, and small shop owners, including those with special needs, to showcase and sell their products while supporting student initiatives and fostering community engagement. Additionally, CCHS student organizations will set up activities for kids that attend the event.
Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026
Event Time: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Participant Check-In and Set Up Time: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (must arrive at least 45 - 60 minutes prior to event start time)

- Parking area in front of the Big āCā (dedicated only to food trucks)

Arrival/Setup & Cleanup Expectations
Info: Arrival & Setup
- Vendors must arrive at least 45 - 60 minutes before the event start time to allow for setup.
All booths must be fully set up and ready by 9:00 AM.
- Vendors will get a 10x10 ft. area.
- Vendors must bring their own chair(s) and table(s) - table(s) not larger than 10 ft.
- Vendors must bring own tent no larger than 10x10 ft. (tents are optional).
- Vendors must provide their own electricity.
Event Hours
- Vendors are expected to remain open and staffed for the entire duration of the event.
- Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.
Cleanup & Departure
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area and removing all materials, trash, and merchandise at the end of the event.
- Booth spaces must be left in the same condition as they were found.
Final Walkthrough
- Vendors may not depart until cleanup is complete and approved by event staff.
