Program
The 10th annual Christmas concert with the Choir of St. Paul’s echoes the song of the angels through the ages from Antonio Vivaldi’s “Gloria” in 18th-century Italy to the premiere of “O this fluted marvel” by Shruthi Rajasekar and poet Mia Ayumi Malhotra. Program highlights also include captivating music by Black American composers Florence Price and Moses Hogan and beloved Christmas carols from Germany, England, and Wales. Rising star soloists include cellist Haruka Ota, baritone Dmitri Nezvigin, and young trebles from the choir.
