Rounding off 2024 Lorraine welcomes you to an evening sprinkled with Christmas cheer where she will be sharing her own songs along with some well known Christmas carols, intertwined with trickles of poetic prose. Lorraine will be accompanied by well known London music virtuoso, Leon Dixon Pianist, Director of Kudos Gospel Choir at Westow House. Get ready for a night filled with Christmas cheer, relaxed vibes mixed with smouth vocal tones & great and music, along with delicious food, and great company. Lorraine Minôt-Howe is a London based singer/songwriter, originally from the West Midlands. Known for singing from the heart, Lorraine’s voice has been said to move the listener. She exudes a passion for giving life and meaning to the songs she sings; whilst bringing her own unique vocal interpretation and style to songs. As a soloist with a love of diverse music Lorraine has lent her voice to various music recording projects whilst collaborating with various artists over the years. A current member of London choir Urban Sound, led by director Clive Brown. Lorraine started out as a lead vocalist in the church gospel choir. She featured as a lead vocalist on IDMC's first album, led by director John Fisher. Lorraine released her first single Praise Through Your Storm in 2021. Her song Joy was released as part of Re/Counted, a West Midlands music project in 2022, followed by her latest single Love So Good in 2023. More to come...
