In October 2012, vocalist and composer Chelsea Reed invited a few friends over to play for swing dancers in a South Philly living room. Since that fateful day, she's been singing and playing for audiences all over the world and adding band members along the way. With four albums and a decade of touring under her belt, she continues to bring the soul of a swing dance to any show with the help of the Fair Weather Band.
With her largest ensemble, Chelsea Reed and the Fair Weather Nine, Reed aims to capture the lush sounds and rhythms of the Big Band Swing Era as a 10-piece outfit complete with five horns, a full rhythm section, and a book of original arrangements. Reed's swinging, swaggering vocals are at the helm with the help of her music director, tenor saxophonist/composer/arranger Jack Saint Clair. This mini swing orchestra often emerges around December to play their original takes on holiday standards. Their latest release The Christmas EP is streaming on all platforms.

Liz Fulmer is a local singer and songwriter. She is a regular performer around town known for her warm, soaring vocals and ear-worm songs. With a storyteller’s heart and a passion for bringing people together, Fulmer’s performances raise spirits and leave audiences with a tune to whistle as they leave.
