Have you ever wondered where some of your favorite things come from? Well some of them are invented right here in NYC! Join me this Christmas and find out the origins of things both practical and whimsical!!What is Christmas Spectacular Adventure, you may ask?
CSA is a creation of yours truly - my decades old pursuit to not be home on Christmas Day!
It is a multidisciplinary event that combines some fine Chinese cuisine in the morning, a healthy walk through NYC, interesting locales with unique stories (that fit the theme of the given year) and a trivia competition (also themed according to the year) with unusual prizes!
The event is rain or shine but generally not arduous and typically takes about 2 - 2.5 for breakfast and about 4 hours for the tour (and then we party!!) This year, for the first time in a while, we will have to jump on the subway for a spell (or we can have a longer walk if the weather/your enthusiasm permits!)
