Welcome to our last sound bath for 2025! wow its been wonderful holding space here. I have planed a xmas special and i hope you can all make this on , we will begen with settling in with blue lotus tea which improves relaxation, and enhanced mood, due to compounds that calm the nervous system. It also contains antioxidants that protect against oxidative stress and has been traditionally used to support digestive and cardiovascular health. then we well be moving slowly with some somatic movements and drift off with a sound bath.
we will have time for treats and move tea after the sound bath and reflectionand sharing circle.
