Saturday 20 December is our Christmas Milonga and the grand finale of our 20th Anniversary commemorations. After a year of celebrating our history, maestros and musicians, this finale is about us — our community. It’s the final celebration of our 20th Anniversary, and we’re turning it into an International Night to honour the incredible mix of cultures that make Perth Tango Club what it is.
Dress in national costume or in the colours of the flag of a country you identify with (or just love). Think elegant, fun, and proudly multicultural.
We’ll share a long-table meal in the main hall. Our friends from La Tapa Loca are returning to treat us to their delicious paella, served to the table so we can eat together and enjoy a relaxed, social start to the evening.
For something special, we’ve also invited back the Fantasia Latina Folkloric Group, who will delight us with Argentine folkloric dances, a beautiful nod to tango’s cultural roots.
Our DJ will be announced soon, but you can expect a great night of dancing, good food, and plenty of time to catch up with friends old and new.
Bookings are essential.
Numbers are capped at 100 people, and we usually have to turn people away for this event, so please book early to secure your place.
