The Christmas Memory Tree event will take place on Friday, November 29th at the Riders Retreat, Cefn Athletic Club. The event will start at approximately 6 pm with Christmas carols from Cefn Cribbwr primary school, and there will be hot dogs, burgers, mulled wine, and mince pies available for purchase. This year, the event will support a local Cefn family, Chris & Jenna Sparkes, who lost their baby boy Henry last year. The Sparkes children's school, Mynydd Cynfig primary school choir, will join in the festivities. The cost of the stars is £10, made possible by Burnt Island Occasions who provide them at a reduced cost. The event aims to support local businesses, families, and charities while remembering loved ones who are not with us at Christmas.
