We are looking for vendors and crafters.**Vendors Needed**
Excel Christian Academy’s Esports Team is putting on a Christmas Market fundraiser. This event will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, outside at Excel Christian Academy. Vendor setup hours will be from 7:00 am - 9:00 am. Shopping hours are from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. At 2:00 pm, you will be able to clean up. There are 10x10 spots available outside only on a first-come come first first-served basis. The fee for a spot outside is $30.00 (non-refundable unless we cancel the event), due when you sign up. You will need to bring your table, stands, canopies, and any other necessary items to set up your booth. If you wish to have two spots outside, an additional fee of $30.00 will be charged for the second spot. We are only accepting one vendor for each independent representative (meaning if you sell Paparazzi, Mary Kay, or any of the other brands, we will only accept one rep from each). Crafters are all welcome. There is an email address below if you want to confirm if we have a particular vendor. If you are signing up for two different businesses, please fill out the form for each business if you need one spot for each. If you are sharing your booth, just put both names on one form.
