CHRISTMAS IN NEW YORK CITYTHIS “SELF GUIDED” WEEKEND OF SIGHTSEEING, SHOPPING AND FUN WILL BE DEPARTING THE LARGE PARK & RIDE IN JEFFERSON HILLS, PA ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 05, 2025, @ 11:00PM, RETURNING MONDAY, DECEMBER 08, 2025, @ APPROXIMATELY 1:00AM
11:00PM FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5th: The group will be leaving from the Large Park & Ride lot in Jefferson Hills, PA. You will be able to leave your car in this lot for the weekend if needed. The bus will be departing promptly at 11:00pm. There will be assigned seats so groups will be able to sit near each other. The motor coach is equipped with televisions, on board restroom, high back seating and overhead storage. There is no luggage limit in the undercarriage storage (please weather proof any items you store in the bus undercarriage). Dress in comfortable clothing and bring pillows / blankets for the bus ride. Any snacks / drinks / coolers you bring for the ride must fit in your seating area or in the overhead storage. We will make our first rest stop approximately two hours into our journey. The final rest stop before arriving in New York City will be at approximately 5:00am for ONE HOUR! You should have plenty of time to eat, change clothes, freshen up and prepare yourself for a fun filled day in New York City! During this final stop, you will have access to your luggage in the undercarriage storage. We are planning to arrive in Manhattan, New York City approximately 7:30am on Saturday December 6th. There will be several “drop off” locations in New York City. The first stop will be at the Port Authority Bus Station @ 9th & 42nd Streets. The second stop will be at Macy’s Department Store @ 34th & Broadway Streets. The third and final stop will be at the World Trade Center / 9-11 Museum @ Liberty & Broadway Streets.
8:30PM SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6th, TRANSPORTATION BACK TO THE HOTEL: Transportation to the Hotel will be departing at 8:30pm from the Port Authority Bus Station located at 9th & 42nd Streets (Carlos Bakery/Times Square Corner). THIS WILL BE THE ONLY BUS PROVIDED BACK TO THE HOTEL SATURDAY NIGHT!
10:00AM SUNDAY, DECEMBER 7th, TRANSPORTATION FROM THE HOTEL BACK TO NEW YORK CITY: Transportation back to New York City on Sunday morning will depart the Hotel at 10:00am with two drop off locations in New York City. The first stop in New York City on Sunday morning will be China Town / SoHo / Little Italy at the corner of Lafayette and Canal Streets. The second and final stop Sunday morning will be the Port Authority Bus Station at 9th and 42nd Streets.
6:00PM SUNDAY, DECEMBER 7th: We will be departing New York City from McDonalds at the corner of Lafayette and Canal Streets in China Town promptly at 6:00pm. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY DEPARTURE LOCATION FOR THE TRIP HOME! Please sit in the same seat(s) you sat in on the trip to New York City on Friday night! We should arrive at the Large Park & Ride lot in Jefferson Hills, PA approximately 1:00am on Monday December 8TH!
