The Crescent City Classic will hold their holiday run/walk in beautiful Lafreniere Park on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 4:00 pm.The 2-mile course takes you through Lafreniere Park during their annual Christmas in the Park Lights Display, which is decorated with over 10 million LED lights! These festive displays include traditional Christmas lighted figures, the 60 foot Sea Serpent in the lagoon, and many NOLA favorites! The event is filled with hot cocoa, a visit with Santa, a holiday costume contest, and much more!
Run competitively or enjoy a leisurely walk through the park with friends and family. This is an untimed race for all ages to enjoy.
Participants can enjoy free refreshments and complimentary entry into both the Christmas in the Park Lights Driving Tour AND the Walking Tour of the beautifully lighted Pavilion Island BEFORE the gates are open to the general public!
