First Annual Christmas in Downtown: A Holiday Celebration at Casa Monarca & Participating Downtown Businesses. Join us for a festive day of holiday cheer in Downtown, featuring:
* Breakfast & Lunch with Santa: Enjoy a special visit from Santa Claus at Casa Monarca.
* Complimentary Treats: Cookies and milk will be provided, along with hot chocolate (while supplies last). (Must participate in scavenger hunt to earn treats)
* Festive Activities: Face painting and balloon twisting from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. (They will be located at different businesses)
* Holiday Craft Scavenger Hunt: Participate in a "holiday craft scavenger hunt" with participating local downtown businesses and discover who captured Frosty the snowman! Start at Casa Monarca to find your first clue.
* Crafts and Shopping: Fun crafts and Christmas shopping at participating downtown businesses.
* Dining Options: Casa Monarca will offer a special breakfast menu from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and a lunch menu starting at 9:00 AM. RX Pizza will open at 10 AM.

* Date: Saturday, December 13th
* Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
* Location: Downtown Bryan (Your first clue to the scavenger hunt begins at Casa Monarca)
* Story Time, Craft and a special visit from the Grinch at Wonderful Words Bookshoppe: 10:30 AM & 12:30 PM.
* Admission: Free; RSVP on Facebook by clicking "Going" to help us manage activities and supplies.
Santa Photos:
* Receive a memorable photo session with Santa with a food or drink purchase from Casa Monarca. (All other fun crafts are completely free)
* Phone pictures are complimentary.
* Polaroid photos are available for purchase at $10 each (can also be purchased if no purchase was made at Casa Monarca)
Entertainment:
* Enjoy Christmas music in both English and Spanish by DJ Matt from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
