Join us for this very special in-the-kitchen workshop exploring all the wonderful tastes of the Holiday Season!! Learn to make a Traditional Christmas Plum Pudding, Mince Pies and Egg Nog. We will be exploring new versions of old recipes including vegetarian options, learning how to adapt old traditional flavors for new dietary preferences, and how to speed up that Figgie Pudding (cause no one got 8 hours for that, emiright?). This course happens at the gorgeous and festive Frog Belly Farm. Music, merriment and heavenly smells will be in abundance.
Dec 13, 10-4pm. This class has a $40 materials fee, students will be leaving with an assortment of goodies.
Frog Belly Farm, 173 Wyman Rd, Keene, NH, 0343 is the bright yellow house on the corner of Wyman and Abbott roads. If you pass us on Wyman, you can enter the driveway via Abbott road.
