Join Amanda for 75-minutes of a hot power flow to holiday tunes. This class will be full of strengthening moves, core work, and modifications when you need them. It is for all levels as there will be options to challenge and modify as your body sees fit. Bring a sweat towel and water bottle. Come join the fun during this wonderful time of year!
