Start with a seasonal amuse and move into your choice of Autumn Salad with delicata squash, apple, pomegranate, and aged goat cheese — or our rich, hand-picked Dungeness Crab Bisque.
For your entrée, choose from our signature Prime Rib (Chalet Cut) with creamed spinach and potato gratin, Dungeness Crab–Stuffed Petrale Sole with saffron lemon beurre blanc, or a vibrant Lemongrass Farro Risotto for a vegan delight.
Finish the evening with a decadent Chocolate Truffle Cake layered with dulce de leche and raspberry sauce.
