Over the winter months, join us for some introductory sessions on wellbeing techniques and some mindful crafting activities.
For this session, we'll be meeting in The Fold Cafe to make some Christmas wreaths, using natural willow bases and foliage.
We'll provide enough greenery for everyone but please feel free to bring along any additional small decorations to give your wreath some extra flair! (seed heads, feathers, ribbons etc.)
Having a go at some different experiences is a great way of focussing our minds on the present - a key element of mindfulness. Giving our brains new skills to learn is a powerful way of building confidence and helps to improve our mental wellbeing. It's also a great way of discovering new talents and hobbies!
Come along and join us for some Christmas crafting with a lovely bunch of people!
Our meetups are always free to join, but we will need to limit numbers to make sure we have enough space and wreath materials for everyone!
