Run, run as fast as you can to learn how to make the Gingerbread Man!Gingerbread cookies and Christmas are synonymous. In this second class of the series, Chef Maia will have you baking the Gingerbread Man (or snowflake or Christmas tree) and introducing you to simple piping techniques.
After this class you will know:
* how to make the perfect gingerbread, firm on the outside and soft in the middle
* basic piping skills & the desired icing consistency
* other flavours that pair well with gingerbread such as fruit plate sides, drinks and glazes
You will take home a dozen decorated gingerbread cookies and recipes in a Christmas-themed container.
