Class Three in the Christmas Cookies series hits the big time: Those beautiful frosted cookies that make people "ooh" and "aah" over them!Chef Maia will show you how to bake these perfect Rolled Shortbread Cookies and then go "next level" with the decorating!
In this class you will learn:
* how to bake melt-in-your-mouth shortbread
* how to create the perfect royal icing
* piping, 'flooding', and other embellishments
You will leave with a dozen baked cookies and as many as you can have decorated in the time available. (You also get to take the extra icing so you can finish all the cookies at home.)
