General Information: By booking a ticket for the Christmas Carriage Ride, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Event Schedule and Weather Conditions: The carriage ride is scheduled to proceed in all weather conditions. However, in the event of severe weather or other circumstances deemed unsafe by the organizers, the event may be postponed or canceled. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
Appropriate Attire: We advise all participants to dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day of the event. This may include wearing warm clothing, waterproof attire, and sturdy footwear to ensure your comfort and safety during the ride.
Safety Regulations: Safety is our utmost priority. Participants are required to follow all instructions provided by the carriage operators and event staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Liability: The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during the event. Participants partake in the ride at their own risk.
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable, except in the instance of event cancellation due to unsafe conditions, as determined by the organizers. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

Please note you will have to step in and out of the carriage unaided by us, or with a member of your party to help.
