Join us for an evening of Holy Yoga + Live Worship. Brooke Toftoy will be teaching a class in the candlelight with live music by Katie Stromwall as we prepare our hearts to celebrate the birth of Jesus.
REGISTRATION: Drop in class, but it helps so much if you RSVP using this invite. You can also use it to invite friends, or a small group!
COST: Free! We will take a love offering and it goes to Young Lives, a ministry to teen mamas and their children.
BRING: A mat, a friend, and water. NO yoga experience necessary! If you can lay on a mat and breathe, that's more than enough:).
