Guys, I am so excited about returning to Gadsden, AL for the CHRISTMAS AT THE TRACKS PAGEANT. I held pageants in Gadsden many years ago at the Elliott Community Center and I am looking forward to coming back. Join us for this special Christmas Pageant on Saturday, December 13th. Our venue is 210 at the Tracks – this location is huge and has plenty of room and dressing. It has a restaurant attached where you can get some delicious food. The address is 210 Locust Street, Gadsden AL 35901. SPECIAL BONUS: Send your $35 deposit by or before November 25th and you can take $20 off your Beauty Package or be one of the first 25 contestants to send in your $35 deposit & take $50 OFF!!! AGE DIVISIONS: GIRLS: 0-12 Months, 13-24 Months, 25-36 Months, 3 Years, 4 Years, 5 Years, 6-7 Years,
8-10 Years, 11-12 Years, 13-15 Years, 16-19 Yrs., 20-up (Single or Married but no children) & Mom’s Division (Moms of all ages). We will have a 0-36 Months Moms Div. a 3-5 Moms Div., a 6-10 Moms Div., & a 11-up Moms Division. Contestants compete age as of November 1st or can move to older division.
ATTIRE/RULES: Pageant Dress of your choice. No flippers. No fake eyelashes for 0-36 months. 3-up can wear them if they look natural. Hair extensions or small hair pieces that blend well are allowed if they do not over power. All makeup is allowed but please keep it soft and natural looking. This pageant is more natural to semi glitz. Babies and small children 0-5 can do their cute little moves. We are not looking for high glitz beauty routines.
ELITE MISS CHRISTMAS
We will award FOUR ELITE MISS WINNERS. One will be chosen from Girls 0-36 months, one from Girls 3-5 yrs., one from Girls 6-10 years, and one from Girls 11-up. These Winners will have the highest beauty score from each breakdown. Each winner will receive a GORGEOUS 10 INCH TALL CHRISTMAS CROWN, CUSTOM SASH, NICE GIFT & with 15 in your supreme group - $80 CASH!!! Less than 15 in your supreme group - $40 CASH!!! SPECIAL BONUS CASH: If we end up with 70 contestants, the Elite with the highest score will receive $200 in CASH!!!
ULTIMATE MISS CHRISTMAS
We will award FOUR ULTIMATE MISS WINNERS. One will be chosen from each Supreme Breakdown. These Winners will have the second highest beauty score from each breakdown. Each winner will receive a GORGEOUS 10 INCH TALL CHRISTMAS CROWN, CUSTOM SASH, NICE GIFT, & with 15 in your Supreme Breakdown - $40 CASH. Less than 15 - $20 CASH!!!
MEGA MISS CHRISTMAS
We will award FOUR MEGA MISS WINNERS. One will be chosen from each Supreme Breakdown. These Winners will have the 3rd highest score from each breakdown. Each Winner will receive a beautiful 10 INCH TALL CHRISTMAS CROWN, CUSTOM SASH, NICE GIFT, & WITH 15 in your supreme breakdown - $20 CASH!!! Less than 15, winner will receive $10!!!
GRAND MISS, JUNIOR GRAND MISS, & MINI MISS CHRISTMAS
We will award FOUR GRAND MISS, FOUR JUNIOR GRAND MISS, AND FOUR MINI MISS CHRISTMAS WINNERS. One will be chosen from Girls 0-36 months, one from Girls 3-5 years., one from Girls 6-10 years, and one from Girls 11-up. Each winner will receive a GORGEOUS 10 INCH TALL CHRISTMAS CROWN, CUSTOM SASH, AND NICE GIFT!!!
We will also award a Beauty Supreme Queen, Beauty Queen, and Beauty Princess, and Beauty Alternates in EVERY AGE GROUP. Every contestant will receive a gorgeous Christmas Crown, Christmas Stocking, and gift!!! A Mom Winner will be chosen in Each Age Group and will receive a beautiful Christmas Crown and Sash. Four Overall Moms will receive a gorgeous Christmas Crown and Sash plus $25 Cash if there are 8 moms in your supreme breakdown. We have different design Christmas Crowns you can swap in case you have the one we are awarding.

SIDE EVENTS ARE AWARDED IN EACH AGE GROUP - Prettiest Eyes, Best Personality, and Best Dressed.

DOOR ADMISSION: $10.00 Adults & Children 11-up. Children 4-10 Years - $5.00. THIS APPLIES TO EVERYONE BUT CONTESTANT.
OUTFIT OF CHOICE - $25.00 to enter. Outfit of Choice is optional and you may wear any outfit of your choice. You can model OOC any way you like. A winner in EACH age group will receive a crown. Four Overall Winners will receive an Overall Banner, Crown, & $20.00 with 5 participating in your supreme breakdown! You can bring your own music or choose from our list.
DEADLINE: Get your entry in early if you want to take a DISCOUNT. You can enter at the door but you will need to message or call me & make sure we have an opening. We ask each contestant to bring two bags of candy for our CANDY DROP. This is so fun!!!

PAGEANT REGISTRATION AND PAGEANT TIME: 0 – 36 Months plus 0-36 Moms will register on Saturday on day of pageant from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM & pageant will begin at 10:30 AM. 3-5 will register from 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM & we will start the 3-5 Years & 3-5 MOMS at 1:00 PM. Contestants 6-up will register 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM and 6-up plus 6-10 Moms and 11-up MOMS will begin at 2:30 PM.
SPECIAL PACKAGE (covers Elite Supreme, Ultimate Supreme, Mega Supreme, Grand Supreme, Junior Grand Supreme, Mini Supreme, Beauty Supreme Queen, Beauty Queen, Beauty Princess, Best Personality, Prettiest Eyes, & Best Dressed - $115.00 ( ). I entered early and I am taking $_____off the $115 Beauty Package. Mom of contestant can enter the Mom’s Division for $35.00 ( ) Please check if this is your first time competing with our system ( ). We have a surprise gift for first time contestants.
OUTFIT OF CHOICE - $25 ( ) - This is an optional event. There will be a winner in EVERY AGE GROUP and four Overall OOC Winners who will receive a $20 Cash Prize!!!
OPTIONAL OVERALLS: These events are optional. They will be $20 each. Photogenic, Sweet Face, and Living Doll. Winner in Each event in EACH Supreme Breakdown will receive a gorgeous Crown, Overall Banner, and with 8 entering in your breakdown, $20 CASH. Photogenic is from a photo – bring a photo to the pageant. Sweet Face is chosen on the Face, & Living Doll is that sparkle & overall appearance. They are not included in the special. They are $20 each or ENTER two for $30 or ENTER ALL three for $40. You can enter extra photogenic photos for $10 each or four extra for $20 ( )
SPONSOR TICKETS: WE HAVE SPONSOR TICKETS YOU CAN SELL FOR $2 EACH TO HELP COVER YOUR ENTRY FEES: SELL 100 TICKETS & ENTER ALL EVENTS. SELL 140 TICKETS & ENTER ALL EVENTS FOR FREE PLUS A 2 FOOT TROPHY & CROWN. SELL 180 TICKETS & ENTER ALL EVENTS FOR FREE PLUS A BEAUTIFUL 5 FOOT TROPHY, CROWN, & GIFT.
